What is KYC?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity and address verification required by regulation to reduce fraud, money laundering and underage access to gambling. Casinodays cannot pay out winnings without completed KYC verification. The process is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may also be required when account details change or for ongoing compliance reviews.

Required documents

You need a valid photo ID such as a passport, driving licence or national ID card, plus proof of address dated within the last 3 months, for example a bill, bank statement or official correspondence. Documents must be clearly readable and submitted in JPG or PDF format. If anything is unclear, support may ask for additional confirmation.

Verification process

Upload scans or photos of your documents in the KYC section of the account area. The team usually reviews requests within 24-48 working hours. Once verification is complete, you will receive an email notification and can request withdrawals in line with the rules.
